Speech-Language Pathologist

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Langage Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate and provide treatment to children with diverse communication and/or swallowing concerns (e.g., speech disorders, language delays, pediatric dysphagia).

We value your time and skills, so you are free to choose your own schedule. We have a guaranteed lunch-break policy for our team and employ administrative staff to handle communications between the parents and management, ensuring that your time after work hours are solely yours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation: You will conduct evaluations to determine an SLP impression or diagnosis for the children within your case load.

• Plan and Treat: You will create an individualized treatment plan and provide evidence-based intervention tailored to each child’s unique communication or feeding needs.

• Documentation: You will maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including evaluation reports, session notes, and progress reports if requested by the parents.

• Collaborate: You will work closely with Occupational Therapists and the child’s parents: providing feedback or home strategies to support the child’s skills at home.

Qualifications

• License: You must have a valid license issued by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
